General reservation and rental conditions
General:
These general reservation and rental conditions are part of the agreement between you and the landlord. With your payment to the landlord you agree to the following conditions.
Make a reservation:
You can make a reservation by telephone, in writing or by e-mail. These booking types are binding for you and the landlord.
Pets are not allowed!
Confirmation:
Every reservation order is confirmed in writing by post or e-mail.
Payment:
The deposit is 25%, payable within 10 days of receipt of written confirmation from the landlord.
The balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.
If you make a reservation within these 6 weeks, you pay the amount due immediately. In the event of late payment, the landlord is entitled to cancel the booking of the booked vacation home.
Cancellation by tenant:
Cancellation must be made by telephone and by registered letter. The landlord will send a confirmation of cancellation / invoice immediately after receiving the written cancellation.
Cancellations up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period will be charged 25%.
In the event of cancellation within 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the entire rental fee will be charged.
Remember that you are personally responsible for travel cancellation insurance. If you do not have end-to-end travel insurance with a cancellation clause, you can take out this cover with your insurance agent.
Cancellation by the landlord:
Should a circumstance on the part of the landlord make it necessary to cancel the vacation home already rented, the tenant will be informed immediately. If possible, offer an alternative. If this alternative is not accepted or no alternative can be offered, the landlord will immediately refund the amount already paid. The tenant has no other or different right than to reclaim this amount.
Additional costs:
Electricity
– From May to September the electricity costs are € 45, – with a maximum consumption of 100 KW.
– From October to April the electricity costs are € 75, – with a maximum consumption of 200 KW.
– If you consume more electricity (meter available), this will be billed at the current price per KW
–Charging electric cars is not permitted because the electrical installation is not suitable for this.
Cleaning costs:
– Final cleaning € 75, –
Possibly:
– Go-kart rental,
– Motorboat rental,
– Fishing license / under 16 years free over 16 years on request (depending on which lake)
Arrival and departure:
You can move into the vacation home after 14:00. On the day of departure you must leave the house by 10.00 a.m. at the latest. The rent is valid for at least 1 week from Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise agreed. The cabin is open and the key is hanging on the checkroom, during one day one of us will come to explain things and record the meter readings, on departure it will be agreed with you.
Don’t forget to bring your own:
– Underlays (90×200 / except double bed 120×200),
– Comforter covers (1 person),
– Bath towels / hand towels,
– Tea and coffee towels,
– Dishwasher tablets,
– Garbage bags,
Use and liability:
The vacation home is equipped for the number of people indicated on the website. The correct number of people must be notified to us in advance. It is not permitted for more people to stay. Caravans, tents and pets are not permitted unless otherwise agreed.
Internet:
There is WLAN in our Stuga’s so that you can use the Internet free of charge.
However, pay attention to which pages you surf on, our WLAN uses its own IP address.
The cleaning:
We charge € 75 for the final cleaning.
Despite the obligatory final cleaning, we expect you to leave the Stuga reasonably clean and carry out the following points yourself.
– Empty waste garbage cans and dispose of waste (see waste separation),
– Wash the dishes and empty the dishwasher,
– Leave the kitchen clean,
– Empty refrigerator,
– In summer the heating is off, in winter the radiators are set to position 1.
Leave the house the way you would like to find it!
You are liable for the correct use of the vacation home. Breakage of goods or damage to inventory must be reimbursed by you.
The landlord cannot be held liable for personal injury or damage, theft or loss of your property.
